City Workshop

Despite receiving the prior news that the data center would not be moving forward, the City of Michigan City suddenly schedules a public workshop. The session, posted with little notice, and hosted with Phoenix Investors, reveals plans to construct an $832 million data center project, dubbed “Project Maize” at the 402 Royal Road location, the site of the defunct windshield wiper factory.
