On June 28, 2023, JTNWI mobilized with Earthjustice, Climate Justice Alliance, and leaders and community members from across the country to a hearing in Chicago on the proposed revised federal EPA coal ash rule. JTNWI worked with SoftCage Films to compile a documentary from this historic day entitled Dispatches from the Frontlines of Coal Ash.
